Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of UPS Ground shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: Most orders can be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Certain oversized orders require shipment via Common Carrier, please call or e-mail for an exact quote on freight costs.
 
Q: What if I am shipping to my home address?

A: Residential delivery will be charged between $50-$80. If you request lift gate service additional charges may apply. Ask your sales person for more details.

Q: How can I avoid addition residential delivery or lift gate service charges?


A: You may request terminal pick up to avoid the extra residential charges.
This is a great alternative to residential delivery's. If you have a preference on common carriers, please let us know at the time of your order. We ship with UPS for our smaller items weighing up to 150 lbs. We will determine which method of shipping will be the most economical.


Q: What if my order is damaged?


A: First, inspect all items before you sign for freight.
If you do receive a damaged shipment you may choose not to accept the delivery at that time and we will handle any claims directly with the carrier. If the damaged item can be repaired, mark on the bill that items are damaged and we will send the parts you need to fix. In the unfortunate occasion that your freight shows up with damage and you did not mark it on the bill, call us so we may assist you on making your freight claim.


Q: What if I need to return something?

A: In the event that you need to return any items, call us to get a return authorization number. All freight charges back to US Workvan will be your responsibility. A restocking charge of 20% will be charged to you. No returns will be excepted after 30 days.
